Mikei

Mikei is a lunch and dinner restaurant located centrally in Miyama. The restaurant is a converted old thatched house and has a nice wooden feel to the interior. They serve set meals and single dishes using local meats when possible.

The concept

Their most popular dish is ramen noodles but they also serve set meals with curry and meat patte. Its priced around 1000 Yen for a meal and is open most days apart from Thursdays. They close during the winter months as is common in Miyama.
