Making simple healthy bread from natural home grown yeast the couple who own the bakery make a limited amount of bread. The emphasis is quality not quantity and their bread can be bought at their tiny bakery or the easier to find Flat Miyama store which is centrally located near the red bridge on route 162.
They don't bake everyday and sell out quickly so get there before lunch if you can.
Originally based in Kyoto this Bakery moved to Miyama 20 years ago. The owner wanted to live in the countryside and make his own ingredients for the bread.
